I got this recipe from my sister, who got it from a good friend of hers. This one is REALLY good.
5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 pint of sour cream
1 small can of cream of chicken soup
1 package of bacon
1)Preheat oven at 300 degrees.
2)Wrap the chicken in bacon and set it in a 9x13" casserole dish. (Note: I cut each piece of chicken in half first for more manageable portion sizes)
3) Combine the soup and sour cream and spread on top of the chicken.
4) Cover the pan with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours or until the chicken is at least 165 degrees inside using a meat thermometer.
5) Remove from the oven and serve the chicken over rice or pasta and spoon some of the extra sauce on top (I forgot to take a picture of this best step. Sorry! It was really good!)
