Soy Sauce Substitute


1/2 C hot water
1 tsp chicken bouillon (or beef, or vegetable)
1-2 Tbs brown sugar (or molassas)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Combine above ingredients and stir until dissolved into the water.
