Healthy Sloppy Joes

1 lb ground beef
1 really large zuchini or several small one-- shredded (or spaghetti or other squash) abt 3 Cups
1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
1tsp basil
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste

1) Brown the ground beef (with some onion if desired)
2) add the other ingredients (except salt and pepper, I put those out on the table)
3) cook and stir over medium heat until heated through and shredded zuchini is soft
4) Serve in hamburger buns or wrapped in tortillas.

Yummy!
